In a case of a US regulatory body vs. an individual (former financial analyst), analyzed software that comprised a website that was at one time sold by the Defendant. The complaint alleged that the sale was masking a bribe the Defendant took for touting buyer's stock. Using multiple sources, publicly available and in evidence, reconstructed the website, and evaluated the cost of a similar website circa the time of its sale by the Defendant. Provided a report describing the findings and a rebuttal report in response to the Defendant's expert's report. Testified in court on a jury trial.
