Printers

Many USB and network printers require additional detection for remote printing; download the tsprintfix application and select Open or Run when prompted to Save or Open the file. Accept all prompts to install the software.

Not Running XP or Vista?

If you are NOT running Windows XP or Vista (but are running another version of Windows), download the RDC Client (3.30MB) and select Open or Run when prompted to either Save or Open the file. This will install the RDC software to your computer and you can then follow the configuration proceedure to the left for Windows XP.

Mac users may download one of two free clients, one directly from Microsoft, the other the open source CoRD project.

"The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol"

If you have received the error "The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol," please download the Reset Licensing Hotfix (60 KB). This will reset the licensing for your RDC software for connecting to KKAI software and services.
