Peter Normington, Lead Consultant

In his over 45 years in the electronics and microelectronics industries, Peter Normington has worked on a wide variety of assignments. He has experience in all phases of semiconductor device fabrication and assembly from the polycrystalline starting materials through the wafer fabrication to the assembly into packages. He has worked with manufacturers of semiconductor equipment, suppliers of materials and users of semiconductor devices. His involvement includes military products, medical electronics, and consumer-oriented products. He has significant experience in related fields such as flat panel displays and solar cells.

Peter’s activities range from: engineering, product development, marketing patent evaluations, patent infringement issues, patent prior art, mergers & acquisitions, device analysis, teaching and serving as an expert witness. He is a registered United States Patent Agent. He has written four technical books and holds four US patents.
