The Expert was hired as a part time manager at CXO level by a high tech start-up company for an ambitious project to develop the next breakthrough generation product via external partners.

The Expert achieved all challenging objectives of the development project, either in term of cost, performance, weight, compactness, power consumption, design, software user friendliness, and deadlines. The product was successfully industrialized in Asia and launched on the market within 18 months of writing product specifications.
