Mike Murray has more than 35 years of international business experience with large corporations, small companies, and start ups in diverse markets. He has management experience in new product development, moving products from research to launch; greenfield manufacturing operations; business process improvement and project management; manufacturing / business readiness; and business planning.  

Highlights of Mike's accomplishments:

• 15 years at Xerox, starting as a financial analyst and advancing to strategic planning manager for the manufacturing group
• Co-founded the first micro/nano manufacturing company in the world
• Reengineered a Fortune 100 company's customer service operation
• Improved operations for a multinational aerospace / automotive supplier
• Created a high volume assembly operation for a new microfluidics product
• Reengineered operations in Asia, North America and Europe for a Fortune 500
• Developed business plans / commercialization strategy for new product applications
• Effectively produced results in a wide range of companies with diverse management teams and environments

Mike received his engineering degree and MBA from The Ohio State University.  He has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for more than forty years and has two children and five grandchildren. Mike resides in the Finger Lakes hills of western New York.
