Luther Hendrix, Lead Consultant

Luther Hendrix is a leading engineering and scientific consulting service provider. Previously, he was CEO of Omnibase Logic Inc., an IP provider to chip designers specializing in circuits that employ a proprietary Multiple Valued Logic technology.

Luther has been a consultant for the semiconductor industry and the supporting investment and legal communities. He has worked in the electronics industry since 1972 and has 30 years of experience in semiconductor research, development, and manufacturing. Luther is knowledgeable in semiconductor products and technology, as well as the wafer fab, and equipment sectors of the semiconductor industry.  His experience includes CMOS, Bipolar, and BiCMOS technologies.

Luther has managed product lines for Microprocessors and Analog and Mixed-Signal products as well as SRAM, NVM and DRAM memory technologies.

Luther has worked for chip makers Monolithic Memories, Data General, Mostek, AMD, Motorola, National Semiconductor, and Samsung. He has served the industry at Sematech and worked in joint ventures with Sony, Toshiba, and IBM and has consulted for most of the major manufacturers with Global Knowledge Services (acquired by Applied Materials).

Additionally, he has consulting experience with Solar Cells, Multi-junction Cells, Concentrated Photovoltaics, power supplies and inverters, quality control systems and methods, automotive and international quality standards (ISO and AIAG), financial analysis, lighting systems, automated temperature control, automated process control and semiconductor reliability.
