Kevin Kennedy Associates Inc. Promotes Four Key Employees to Leadership Positions

GLOBAL ENGINEERING AND SCIENTIFIC CONSULTING FIRM CONTINUES RAPID GROWTH FROM INDY WORLD HEADQUARTERS

INDIANAPOLIS (Sept., 2008) - Kevin Kennedy Associates Inc., a privately held global engineering and scientific consulting firm headquartered in Indianapolis, announced today that it has promoted four key employees into leadership positions.

Dr. Kevin F. Kennedy, Kevin Kennedy Associates' founder who previously served as the company's president, will now serve as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors. In this new role, Kennedy will continue to focus on living up to its client-focused ideals while ensuring that the company is strategically positioned for growth.

Randy Clarksean, Ph.D., P.E., formerly vice president of engineering, has been promoted to president of the company. Clarksean joined Kevin Kennedy Associates in 2004 and brings with him nearly 25 years of engineering experience. Kevin Kennedy Associates has experienced continued and rapid growth over those four years, of which Clarksean has been a critical component. As president, Clarksean will continue to steer the company's steady growth while continuing to ensure the company provides superior service to its clients across the globe.

Scott Campbell and Eric Langberg have each been promoted to vice president of professional services. Campbell and Langberg bring more than 20 years each of engineering and consulting experience to Kevin Kennedy Associates and its clients. In these new roles, they will continue to contribute to the company's growth and day-to-day development as an organization. They will also provide essential support to Kennedy, Clarksean and the rest of the management team as they focus on achieving the company's strategic goals while ensuring that current clients remain the top priority.
