John Boyko is a nationally recognized authority on Lean Enterprise, who helps businesses grow and gain competitive advantage through the application of Toyota Production System strategies, and the Baldrige Process. He has extensive, proven experience guiding many organizations through Lean Enterprise initiatives and action oriented workshops. John has led projects, facilitated numerous kaizens and conducted countless training sessions in manufacturing, distribution, health care and services.
John shows his clients how to improve productivity, increase worker morale and transform stagnant business models. His Lean Leadership program helps executives deploy a top-down strategy of process improvement, while organizations that applied his 12-STEP FAST–Kaizen system have saved millions of bottom-line dollars and improved customer satisfaction.
A graduate engineer with degrees in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, John is also a Certified Lean Manufacturing Specialist with the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST).
In addition, John is a multi-term appointee by the United States Department of Commerce to the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. This prestigious award is presented each year by the President of the United States and is the nation's highest honor for excellence quality management.
