Herb Dwyer, Senior Lead Consultant

Herb Dwyer's background has been varied from "greenfield and brownfield" startups to wildcatting in Oklahoma for two years. He has either directly built or supervised the building of plants in the US, Mexico, India and Germany for products as varied as medical devices, ABS braking systems, electro-mechanical assemblies, and automotive.

His more than 40 years of experience spans engineering, manufacturing and business fields. This perspective has enabled him to contribute to a variety of projects at Kevin Kennedy Associates from alternative energy to quality assurance investigations using techniques like 5Whys, Ishakawa fishbone analysis, DOE, PPAP, FMEA, process, product and manufacturing flow diagrams to ramping up new businesses.

In addition, Herb has participated in a number of due diligence projects. He is recognized as an expert in high density and high temperature electronic packaging, establishing processes, quality auditing, and lean manufacturing process improvement. He also has an extensive background in plated copper on ceramic along with thick and thin film expertise. His military background is also extensive and includes experience in power supplies, aerospace, satellites, unmanned vehicles and electric hybrids. He graduated from Northeastern University and Boston College.
