Gary has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry spanning commercial, residential, industrial, civil and theme park experience in multiple capacities, i.e., multi trade journeyman, foreman, superintendent, project manager, construction manager, owners’ rep, etc. Gary has been assigned and designated to cases that range from construction defect to workplace safety issues; both fatal and non fatal work place accidents. Having a wide array of experience working on litigation cases all over the country, Gary has a rare insight into the sociological/business and professions practices that are unique to specific geographical localities. As a licensed engineering contractor, electrical contractor, and general contractor with multiple professional affiliations, his experience, training and know-how can bring to bear a clarity to an otherwise very complex scenario. In addition to his expert testimony and mediation experience, Gary brings presentation resources of visual animations to the litigation and pre-litigation environment.  As many attorneys have discovered, sometimes the experts with the best real world experience are not competent communicators under the parameters and constraints of a litigious environment.
