Researched and composed a bill for an act which was authorized by a State Senator and Legislator. This act was designed to compensate homestead homeowners who after unsuccessfully selling their home for an amount close to the accessed value could be compensated for a yet determined percentage of the difference of the accessed value and what the home had sold for. The home would have had to been on the market for a yet to be determined time.
Created and presented a documentary video of Ironworkers in the construction of skyscrapers. Video was presented in local elementary schools where the hazardous and unique skills of these tradesmen were clearly demonstrated and appreciated.
Responsible for the creation and design the Ironworker Memorial for the members of Local #512 Ironworkers that had lost their lives on the job from the 1930’s to present.
