Was responsible for coordinating efforts to improve employee attitude and product quality. Headed team consisting of the manufacturing plant’s staff to change the plant’s approach toward quality. Served as instructor and trained 600 salaried and 400 hourly employees in the Crosby “Quality Education Series”. Each employee received 24 hours of training via 12 two hour sessions.
