This expert has extensive knowledge in devices and circuits enabled by nanotechnology, circuit design, novel circuits, and RF MEMS-based devices. Other areas of expertise this consultant has include circuits and antennas, photonic and phononic bandgap crystals, and quantum functional devices and circuits.

This consultant is an expert in areas including electronic and optical device theory, modeling, and design, analog and digital electronics. Radio frequency and microwave electronics, computational software tools, quantum devices, quantum communications, and quantum electrodynamics are other areas in which this consultant specializes.

This expert also has knowledge regarding semiconductor device physics, modeling and design of microwave devices for high power (e.g., HEMTs and HBTs) and highest speed (e.g., RTDs, RITDs, and superlattices) applications. This expert also has experience with the study and exploitation of novel device-circuit interactions, guided wave phenomena and devices, microelectromechanical switches, nanoMEMS physics, RF MEMS circuit design, and nanosatellite communications systems.

Discovery, conception, development and demonstration of devices and circuits enabled by exploiting physical phenomena occurring down to nanometer length scales, including development of pertinent device models and tools for circuit design, development of novel circuits and their design methods, prototyping and characterization. Recent research has focused on three emerging technologies, namely, RF MEMS-based devices, circuits and antennas, photonic and phononic bandgap crystals, and quantum functional devices and circuits. The research drew on expertise in electronic and optical device theory, modeling, and design, analog and digital electronics, radio frequency and microwave electronics, computational software tools and techniques for the design of classical and quantum devices, quantum communications, quantum electrodynamics, semiconductor device physics, modeling and design of microwave devices for high power (e.g., HEMTs and HBTs) and highest speed (e.g., RTDs, RITDs, and superlattices) applications, study and exploitation of novel device-circuit interactions, and guided wave phenomena and devices.
