Led team of 10 to manage $125M in annual OEM spend and over $200M in indirect spend. Was responsible for Procurement, Sourcing, Quality, Customer Service compliance, Cycle Time improvement, Pricing, and Cost reductions. Managed Acuity Lean Supplier Development teams tasked with creating and then implementing Lean transformation plans with current OEM suppliers. These efforts improved service, quality, costs and cycle times. Led sourcing teams through the use of Strategic deployment matrix, Daily KPI boards and Individual annual goals. Managed non-stock product lead-times. Improved forecasting process and accuracy through exception based collaborative process and implementation of S&OP process. Made supplier communication improvements (Sharing of forecasts and data for improved results). Achieved inventory reductions ($24M finished goods and raw materials inventory) through improved SS and Procurement process management. Supported implementation of third party supplier logistics centers (3PL's ). Improved service from double digit stock-outs (12%-14%) to less than 4%. Managed large customer accounts to 98%-99% fill rates.

Assisted in development of internal Six Sigma training program and certification. Annual savings from six sigma projects totaled over $24M while participating.
