Specified and managed power and I&C contracts for $350,000 dryer system addition. Developed improved tramp metal detector for fiber carding equipment; patent disclosure under review. Managed ten electronics technicians in four shifts, covering 450,000 sq ft plant of nine production lines, two pilot plants, warehouse and office areas. Provided hands-on training for ETs and operators on new control technologies.
