Was responsible for start-up manufacturing corporation with funding from "angel" investors for Phase 1 and 2. Project was to build two manufacturing facilities in United States with future builds in Europe and Asia. Project was a $40 million start up through three phases. Phase 1 &2 were funded. With the collapse of the Electronics Industry, funding disappeared for the build and capital portion of the project.
