Established all welding parameters for all single and TANDEM SAW automated Ogden/Lincoln welding gantries and semi-automatic equipment during installation and PQR testing. Supervised and trained all visual and NDE inspection personnel. Coordinated all NDE and pre-fabrication conferences for with departments of transportation and outside auditing, 3rd party inspection agencies for major steel bridge fabrication.
