Dick Carter, Recruitment Officer

On one day you might find Dick Carter pouring through a stack of expert resumes, working to find the absolute best minds in a given field. On the next, you could find him working onsite for a client.

Simply put, Dick Carter knows expertise when he sees it because he’s an expert himself.

Dick’s main responsibility at Kevin Kennedy Associates is to locate, recruit, interview, and train new experts. But he’s also a widely recognized expert in automotive electronics, including expertise in electronics packaging, semiconductor physics, product reliability and life testing in harsh environments, manufacturing, and failure analysis – so he’s no stranger to working face-to-face with clients. All things considered, Dick is an invaluable member of our upper management team.

In addition to completing an extensive list of professional training programs, Dick holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Purdue University.
